All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Postage and packaging for accessories is £3.50. Please allow 2-5 working days.
Postage and Packaging for Fabric orders is £6.50 under 3m
All orders over 3m are sent on a roll and will be charged at £12.00 .The order is sent on a 48 hour service.
If you would like your order to be sent on a next day delivery service, then please ring the studio or email email@example.com so you can be charged correctly.
Please place all fabric orders via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, delivery address and the quantity you require. We will contact you with stock availability and a proforma invoice. If the fabric is out of stock you will be sent a 50% deposit invoice until the fabric arrives in stock. Please note all orders out of stock will have a 3-4 week delivery from the date of order. Once your order has been cut we are unable to offer a refund.
Cushions are all made to order and take approximately 1 week. If your chosen design is out of stock, please allow 4-5 weeks. Please place all cushion orders via email to email@example.com. With your name, address, design. A pro forma invoice will be sent prior to dispatch. Bespoke sizes are available and will be quoted accordingly.
For any orders from abroad, please send your orders via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can charge you accordingly for delivery. Please include your name, full delivery address and contact details along with the items you require.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your order, please send it back to the studio address within 14 working days and in its original condition to receive a refund or exchange.
Please note that we will not refund for return postage and we cannot refund Custom made or bespoke items.
Please make sure you send your order back using recorded delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
Only faulty fabric orders can be refunded.
